Women in Maritime
Driving gender balance in the maritime industry
Our Women in Maritime network began as a result of the desire to stay connected – not just with our colleagues, but our clients and peers navigating this space. Over time we found we had together created a space to collaboratively discuss, learn and challenge the status quo.
Our continued aim is to encourage more women into the industry, to create and support inclusive work cultures where women's careers can thrive and their achievements are celebrated.
