Tennessee maintains an OSHA approved occupational safety and health program administered by the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development (DLWD) through its state Occupational Safety and Health Administration. While Tennessee has implemented an emergency temporary rule similar to the June 21 OSHA ETS directed to healthcare employers, it has not adopted or implemented a standard similar to the November 5, 2021, ETS directed to all employers with more than 100 employees. We except further information regarding the DLWD’s plans pending a decision by the US Supreme Court.

On 21 November 2023 and following extensive consultation periods, the amendment to the Climate Delegated Act (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139 of 4 June 2021) (the Climate Delegated Act) was formally adopted by the European Commission and published in the EU Official Journal (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2485 of 27 June 2023) (the Climate Delegated Act Amendment).
