Biography
Carlo van Haasteren is an international employment and labor lawyer based in Amsterdam.
Carlo has wide experience in all aspects of employment and labor law. He advises both national and international clients on a wide variety of employment and labor law such as reorganizations, including works council and labor unions negotiations, matters related to sick employees and employment law-related aspects of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also has substantial litigation experience.
Carlo holds an LL.M. degree in Employment and Labor Law from Leiden University. He was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association in 2017.
