Biography
Alwin Kroon is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. As part of the Litigation practice, he works and advises mainly on national and international commercial disputes, insurance disputes and matters regarding commercial contracting and liability.
Prior to joining this team, Alwin gained experience in the Projects practice. During this period, he mainly focused on real estate law, procurement law, (environmental) permits and large energy projects, which includes renewable energy and hydrogen projects.
Alwin holds an Honours Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Dutch Civil Law and Intellectual Property Law from Utrecht University. Alwin was admitted to the Dutch Bar on 22 February 2023.
