Biography

Magdalena Zienkiewicz is a real estate lawyer based in Warsaw and head of the Warsaw real estate practice.

Magdalena has extensive experience of advising on real estate transactions, construction matters, and planning and land development issues. She advises clients on matters concerning acquisition of real estate, preparation and implementation of construction projects, and the lease of warehouse, commercial and office space. She has participated on numerous real estate and corporate due diligence projects and a number of commercial real estate portfolio disposals.

Prior to joining the firm, Magdalena was a partner at a leading Polish law firm.

Advised Robert Dobrzycki, president and co-owner of Panattoni, an international real estate development firm operating in Europe, India, and Saudi Arabia, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Widzew Łódź football club.

Advised Panattoni as the developer on the construction of a new Built-to-Own (BTO) facility in Łódź, to be developed for E.G.O., one of the world’s leading suppliers for household manufacturers.

Advised AB Tewox a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management on legal due diligence and acquisition of two retail parks located in Radom and Łódź. 

Advised Panattoni Europe as the developer on the construction of a new BTO (Built-to-Own) facility in Czeladź, to be developed for Compal, one of the world's leading manufacturers of notebook PCs, smart devices, data centre equipment and LCD products.
