Stefanie Walthaus is a corporate lawyer and candidate civil law notary based in Amsterdam. She has broad experience in all aspects of corporate law, including (cross border) mergers and transfers of legal seat, acquisition (finance) transactions, (international) corporate restructurings, private equity financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

She also provides legal advice in relation to the registration of vessels and aircraft and the vesting of securities thereon. Next to her work for commercial organisations Stefanie acted for charitable and other non-profit organisations advising on the incorporation and structure/governance of charitable and other non-profit funds.

Stefanie completed the Grotius Academy Corporate Structures in 2005 and lectured corporate law and general notarial law topics at Stichting Opleidingen Medewerkers in het Notariaat, a foundation offering legal training programmes for notarial assistants.

Stefanie is native speaking in Dutch and German and fluent in English. She also has working knowledge of French.
