Biography
Emily is a senior associate in the Austin office where she practices with the Commercial Disputes group. Her practice is primarily focused on complex commercial litigation in a variety of industries. She has experience with both bench trials and jury trials, and has represented a broad range of clients in bankruptcy matters, trademark and trade secret disputes, breach of contract actions, securities litigation, real estate disputes, and bond validation actions.
