Norton Rose Fulbright advises PLAY on financing for Samsung equipment in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised P4 sp. z o.o. (branded as PLAY) on approximately PLN 464 million (€100 million) financing for the purchase of Samsung equipment, which financing will be provided by Banco Santander, S.A. in the form of an export finance facility backed by an insurance policy of the Korean Export Credit Agency (K-Sure).
The Warsaw team was led by senior associate Krzysztof Gorzelak who was supported by associate Przemysław Piasecki and included also counsel Tomasz Rogalski, all from the banking and finance team in Warsaw headed by partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski. Korean law advice to P4 Sp. z o.o. was provided by Kim & Chang. Kim & Chang team included Claire (Mi-Jin) Kim and Mooni Kim.
