Hong Kong team advises CMBI and UBS on US$249 million top-up placing of shares for China Hongqiao

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised CMB International and UBS on the US$249 million top-up placing of shares of China Hongqiao Group Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
China Hongqiao Group Limited is the world’s largest aluminum producer.
Terence Lau, Hong Kong based corporate and capital markets partner, who led on the deal, commented:
“We are delighted to have advised on the successful top-up placing of shares, especially in the current climate.”
