Global | February - April 2025

Professional development is often crucial to improvements and innovation in a workplace. Ongoing learning is required in most roles to expand skill-sets and adapt to our continually changing business environment.

Led by our experienced in-house Learning and Development team, the interactive programme will be run online, focusing on the topics to help you face the challenges the new working environment brings.

For 2025 we have evolved our programme to reflect the current environment looking at topics to help manage stress and anxiety, build resilience and trust in our hybrid world.

Habits for resilience | Thursday, February 6 | 09:00 - 10:00 GMT

We all encounter a moment of helplessness in the face of adversity. How quickly we bounce back is often down to our levels of resilience. We will look at the concept of resilience and discover how developing new, positive habits can have a lasting impact on our success and wellbeing.

Inspiring self belief and building confidence | Wednesday, March 5 | 09:00 - 10:00 GMT

Everyone wants to feel and project self-confidence. For some that comes naturally. Others find it more of a challenge of varying degrees of severity and can be overcome by imposter syndrome. This matters because one’s level of confidence can have a major impact on what happens in and out of the workplace. We will provide you with tools and techniques to help you translate this understanding into actions which can enable you to manage your inner critic and project more confidence both inside and outside of work.

Write effective emails | Wednesday, April 2 | 09:30 - 10:30 BST

Emails are prolific because they are such a fast and efficient way of communicating. However, how many of the emails flowing in and out of your boxes achieve their objectives? Are they read, understood and acted upon? Get the desired responses to your emails by ensuring that your subject line is specific and clear, the content of your message is to the point and written in the appropriate tone, and that it is tailored to the needs and interests of the recipient(s).
