Josiah is a dispute resolution lawyer at Ascendant Legal, a Singapore law firm in Formal Law Alliance with Norton Rose Fulbright.  He has acted for clients at all levels of the Singapore courts across a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes. He also often assists with international arbitration matters.

Apart from contentious matters, Josiah also regularly advises on regulatory and compliance matters, with a particular focus on employment as well as data protection and privacy.

Josiah graduated from the National University of Singapore and is qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining the firm, he practised in a well-established boutique dispute resolution firm specialising in commercial disputes, insolvency litigation and employment matters (both contentious and non-contentious).
