Biography

Henri is a lawyer in the structured trade and commodity finance team in our Paris office.

Henri is dual qualified in England & Wales and in France and has experience of a wide range of cross-border trade and commodities finance transactions in emerging and developed markets. Henri has developed a significant experience in commodities transactions in Africa allowing him to have a strong grasp of transactions involving OHADA law governed documentation.

Henri's transactional experience includes advising commodities traders and international financial institutions on prepayment agreements and refinancing thereof, receivables purchase facilities, inventory financing, borrowing base facilities and financial restructuring transactions in developing markets. Henri has also acted on multiple cross-border leveraged finance transactions during the course of his career.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Henri has worked with leading international firms in London and Paris.

Henri holds English and French law degrees from Université Paris X Nanterre and the University of Essex as well as an LL.M in International Business law from the American University Washington College of Law.
