Kiran is Commercial Director for Europe, Middle East and Asia, overseeing the firm's change and innovation programme, NRF Transform, in the region. NRF Transform is home to several of the firm's functions helping to deliver client services more efficiently and effectively, including the Innovation, Legal Design and Legal Technology teams.

He is also head of the firm's Newcastle office, which delivers innovative legal and business services, and is at the heart of NRF Transform. Kiran took over management of the office when it launched in Newcastle in April 2016, and has overall responsibility for its work and operations. He splits his time between Newcastle and London.

Kiran qualified with the firm in 2014 and was an associate in the London Corporate team, with a focus on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions.
