Biography
Helen Finnis is a real estate lawyer based in London. She also spent time as part of her training working in our project finance team in Milan.
Helen has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of commercial premises, drafting and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants and a variety of property management work, particularly working on large scale developments. She also works on property finance transactions and the property aspects of corporate transactions, particularly in the renewable energy sector, advising on the real estate aspects of the acquisition, development and financing of renewable energy projects as part of our team that is top tier ranked for Energy & Natural Resources (Power) by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Helen is also recognised by Legal 500 UK as a ‘key lawyer’ for Commercial Property.
