Sara Collins is Director of Legal Services Design for EMEA and is based in London.

Sara practiced as a litigator and disputes resolution lawyer at the firm focused on contentious insolvency and commercial dispute resolution, before becoming NRF's first legal designer in 2018. She was responsible for introducing the principles of design-thinking, user research and human-centred design to the firm's approach to continuously improve its client services.  

Having established the firm's Legal Design capability as part of our global change and innovation program, NRF Transform, she now co-leads the firm's EMEA Innovation, Design and Technology group with Jeremy Coleman, Director of Innovation. Their mandate is to drive innovation, improvement and optimisation of legal services. 

Sara trained with the firm in London. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Sara was a member of the in-house legal team at an asset management company, assisting with leasing, operations and procurement matters.
