Biography
Larry Franceski has experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial law matters.
Mr. Franceski has advised domestic and foreign businesses in acquisitions and dispositions throughout the United States. He has substantial experience in representing foreign companies in making investments in regulated or sensitive industries in the United States and in assisting them in analyzing and addressing national security concerns and related governmental requirements. Additionally, he has assisted clients in negotiating and documenting joint venture and distributorship arrangements in many industries in the United States and abroad. Mr. Franceski has also represented borrowers, project sponsors and lenders in financing transactions domestically and internationally, and all parties in various workout situations.
