Norton Rose Fulbright announces head of Luxembourg

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that Torsten Sauer has been appointed head of its Luxembourg office, effective May 1 2024.
Torsten joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2017 from Allen & Overy upon the opening of the firm’s Luxembourg office. He was promoted to partner in 2020.
Alongside his new role, Torsten will continue to lead the Luxembourg corporate practice, advising clients on international and domestic corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions with a strong focus on private equity, real estate and wealth management.
Torsten takes over from Stéphane Braun, who has been the office head of Luxembourg since 2017 and who will now focus on his banking and finance practice.
