Biography
Daniel Popek is a banking and finance lawyer based in Warsaw.
Daniel's practice focuses on general banking transactions, real estate finance, project finance, restructuring companies' financial debt, acquisition finance, banking law and regulatory issues. Daniel has participated in due diligence related to the analysis of finance documents.
Daniel also has experience in derivatives and participated, among others, in the preparation of standard documentation for one of the banks in the area of derivatives and other financial instruments.
