Michael Stevens is a corporate lawyer based in Dubai. He previously worked in the corporate teams in London and Newcastle in the UK.

Michael has experience in advising clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, with a particular focus on private M&A, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures, both domestic and international. Michael also has experience in acting in venture capital investments, equity capital market transactions (including IPOs and placings) as well as general corporate advisory work.
