Claire specialises in the development of large scale energy projects.
She has experience of advising on the development of power, infrastructure and mining projects in sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Claire is admitted as an attorney in South Africa, and is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, South Africa.

- Longyuan Construction and Engineering, as EPC contractor and operator – on the construction and operation of the 96MW De Aar North and 139MW Manhaarberg wind, procured under Round 3 of the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme
