Biography
Andrew Davies is a corporate lawyer based in London. He specialises in complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures and equity investments work.
He has particularly broad experience of supporting clients operating within the energy sector (including IOCs/IECs, corporates, sovereign wealth, private equity, investment funds and start-ups), and advises on corporate transactions across the full energy spectrum, including upstream and downstream oil and gas, renewables (including offshore and onshore wind, solar and hydro), power, new energies (including CCS and hydrogen) and clean tech (including EV charging and battery storage). In his career to date, he has undertaken client secondments with bp and ExxonMobil.
Andrew also advises clients undertaking significant corporate transactions across the corporate real estate, infrastructure, transport and natural resources sectors.
Andrew is listed as a Key Lawyer in the Legal 500 UK 2024 (Infrastructure: M&A and Acquisition Financing), and as One to Watch by Best Lawyers 2024 (Energy and Natural Resources).
