Biography
Cassidy Tennyson is an associate practicing in the Dallas office. She joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2019 and has experience representing public and private companies in equity and debt security offerings, merger and acquisition transactions (including cross-border transactions), corporate governance matters and private equity transactions.
She also advises clients with respect to state and federal corporate governance and securities compliance matters, including reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and compliance with NYSE and NASDAQ listing standards.
Additionally, Cassidy represents insurance companies providing M&A representations and warranties insurance coverage.
