Biography
Jeremy represents clients in post-issuance validity proceedings, with a focus on inter partes reviews and ex parte reexaminations, through which he has achieved successes for patent owners and patent challengers alike. Such representation has included successfully arguing at Patent Trial and Appeal Board final hearings.
Jeremy also represents clients in patent-prosecution-related matters, including preparing and prosecuting (in various jurisdictions) utility and design patent applications for a wide range of technologies, including deep sea drilling equipment, composite structures, lighting components, and medical devices.
Jeremy is also experienced with other transactional work, including preparing freedom-to-operate analyses, licensing agreements, and joint development agreements.
