Norton Rose Fulbright commits to growth in Saudi Arabia with new association

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that it has entered into an association with The Company of Mohammed A. Altammami for Legal Services.

Riyadh-based partners Mohammed Altammami and Anwar Ouazzani of The Company of Mohammed A. Altammami for Legal Services will be joined by banking and finance lawyer Abdulkhaliq Elshayyal, formerly from Clifford Chance, and Norton Rose Fulbright partner David Johnston. The four-partner team will cover corporate and M&A, litigation and disputes, banking and finance, and projects. The two firms’ combined Saudi offering will comprise of 16 lawyers and legal support staff.

These four partners will work closely with Dubai-based Norton Rose Fulbright partners Robin Balmer and Zayd Alathari, who regularly advise businesses operating in the Saudi market on complex banking, finance and IP matters.
