Norton Rose Fulbright advises Elopak on acquisition of Naturepak Beverage

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the Norwegian group Elopak, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of carton food packaging, on the acquisition of 100% of Naturepak Beverage Packaging, a carton and packaging systems leader in the MENA region, from Gulf Industrial Group Company Plc and Evergreen Packaging International LLC.

The €83 million transaction is pending the usual conditions precedent in such matters in addition to required regulatory authorizations.

This transaction will allow Elopak to extend its influence in growth markets, particularly in the Middle East and Africa, by integrating the two production units of Naturepak Beverage, located in Morocco and Saudi Arabia, into its global production network.
