Norton Rose Fulbright expands M&A practice in Munich with Counsel Dr. Wenzel Richter

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is strengthening its M&A team with the addition of Counsel Dr. Wenzel Richter to its Munich office as of June 20, 2022. He joins Norton Rose Fulbright from Milbank. With him, Norton Rose Fulbright gains an experienced transaction lawyer with advisory focus on private equity and energy/infrastructure.

Dr. Wenzel Richter began his career in 2013 at Clifford Chance in Munich before moving to Milbank's Munich office at the beginning of 2021. Most recently, together with the Milbank team, he advised EQT Infrastructure on the sale of G+E GETEC Holding to IIF, Swiss Life Asset Management on its investment in Helrom GmbH and the shareholders of LucaNet AG on the sale of a minority stake to Hg Capital.
