SCOTUS continues to curtail prosecutors
The Supreme Court of the United States held in Snyder v. United States that 18 U.S.C. § 666 does not apply to gratuities—even those that raise eyebrows and ethical concerns.
The EU Green Deal is a legislative and regulatory action plan proposed by the EU Commission to achieve the EU’s target of net zero by 2050 and to transition the EU economy to a more sustainable model.
