  • Assisted a consortium of Finance Parties (including SMBC Singapore Branch, PT Bank BTPN Tbk, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Bank of China, China Construction Bank Corporation, CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited) on a US$750m sustainability-linked loan for PLN, which is also PLN’s first green loan.
  • Assisted a consortium of banks on a US$525m refinancing of PacificLight Power Pte. Ltd. (“PLP”), a major Singaporean power generator and electricity retailer. The facility's maturity has been extended till 2028. The US dollar and Singapore dollar term and credit facilities to PLP and its subsidiary, PacificLight Energy Pte. Ltd., supports the funding requirements of PLP’s 800MW combined cycle gas turbine power generation facility on Jurong Island in Singapore.
  • Assisted Citibank and ING on a $300 million short-term loan to PetroVietnam Power, a unit of state-owned PetroVietnam to fund the construction of its Nhon Trach 3 and 4 LNG power plants.
  • Assisted IFC as lender on a up to US$150 million bridge loan to finance the construction and putting into service of Yondr Group LP’s 96 MW greenfield hyperscale data center in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. YONDR is an international data center developer, owner, and operator with strong relationships with hyperscalers globally. The Project will be implemented through YONDR’s SPV, Yellowwood Properties Sdn Bhd.
  • Assisted Kacific (a broadband satellite operator) on the restructuring of its existing project finance facilities to amend certain facility terms, cater for additional equity raising and debt to equity conversions and allow for the redomiciliation of one of the borrowers from Vanuatu to Singapore.
  • Assisted Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (“BBL”) on a US$655m term loan facilities agreement to Star Energy Group Holdings Pte. Ltd to fund the acquisition of shares in Star Energy Geothermal Pte. Ltd. (a Singapore company), Star Phoenix Geothermal JV B.V. (a Dutch company) and DGA SEG B.V. (a Dutch company).
  • Assisted BBL in respect of the financing of the acquisition of a 33% interest in Star Energy Group Holdings Pte Ltd by Green Era Holdings Pte Ltd from BCPG Public Company Limited.
  •  Assisted BBL for a USD112m short-term loan facility to Springhead Holdings Pte Ltd to fund investments into various variable capital companies.
  • Assisted IFC and DEG on the up to US$116.5m syndicated debt financing to CREI Phils where CREI Phils sought financing to fund the construction of up to 1,000 Built-to-Suit towers.
  •  Assisted bp in replacing LIBOR with SOFR across all its facilities in respect of the Tangguh Train 3 Project.
  • Assisted a syndicate of Lenders on a USD500m term loan facility to PLN.
  • Assisted ADB on up to 7.5 billion Indian rupees (around $91.14m) facility to SAEL Industries Limited promote the generation of biomass energy using agricultural residue, helping diversify India’s energy mix and reduce carbon intensity.
  • Assisted Standard Chartered Bank for a USD27m Sinosure covered term loan facility agreement to Vietnam Risesun New Material Company Limited.
  • Assisted SG Corporate Finance (Asia Pacific) Limited in a restructuring in the form of capital reduction involving share pledges and releases.
  • Assisted a lending consortium on the financing of a US$444m reverse osmosis independent water treatment plant in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
  • Assisted a consortium of financiers in their investment of approximately US$2.2 billion into a new independent water treatment (IWP) and transportation system project in Abu Dhabi known as Project Wave, which was procured by ADNOC.
