Quynh-Anh Nguyen-Xuan is a capital markets lawyer based in Frankfurt am Main. She advises issuers and investment banks in connection with international debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.

Quynh-Anh's experience covers the issuance, listing and repurchase of bonds and structured securities as well as the establishment and maintenance of a wide variety of debt issuance programmes.

Before joining the firm in 2021, Quynh-Anh worked as a research assistant and as a trainee lawyer in the banking team of our Frankfurt office and in other leading international and German law firms.
