Samantha is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. Samantha has experience in a range of business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, SEC reporting and compliance, and representations and warranties insurance. Additionally, Samantha assists investors with the structuring and formation of, and investment in, private investment funds.

- Publicly traded and privately held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in buy-side and sell-side asset and equity transactions.
- National distributor of roofing, landscape and swimming pool products in multiple acquisitive transactions over the years.
- Avise clients relating to general corporate matters, including formation, reorganization, records-keeping and compliance with general formalities.
- Advise investor clients in review and negotiation of investment funds.
- Insurance companies in M&A representations and warranties insurance transactions.
