Biography
Kevin Prokup's practice focuses on corporate and international tax matters for US and multinational clients. He has extensive experience in securities offerings including securitization transactions, restructurings including sovereign debt restructurings, transactions in the energy market, financings, derivatives including the tax aspects of ISDA Master Agreements, FATCA and other US tax compliance, as well as a broad range of other transactions.
