Warsaw team advises Bank of China on financing acquisition of a portfolio of PV projects in Poland

The Warsaw team advised Bank of China (Luxembourg) S.A. Oddział w Polsce on financing acquisition of a 51 MW portfolio of PV projects in Poland developed by Sino-CEE Fund.

The total power generation of these projects is expected to reach 50 GWh per year, which meets the electricity demand of more than 9,000 households in Poland and reduces nearly 50,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, in line with the renewable energy development goals of both Poland and the European Union. The projects have created 300 local job opportunities.

The Warsaw team was led by associate Igor Kondratowicz. Tomasz Rogalski, counsel and head of energy practice in Poland, supervised the transaction.
