Norton Rose Fulbright advises banks on a top-up financing for 68 MW Łańcut wind farm in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Bank Ochrony Środowiska, Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on the PLN 120 million increase of the financing in relation to 68 MW Łańcut wind farm located in Poland and operated by Lewandpol Łańcut.
The Warsaw team was led by associate Karolina Majcher and assisted by counsel and head of energy practice Tomasz Rogalski, senior associate Krzysztof Gorzelak, associate Mateusz Czuba and lawyer Mateusz Głaz.
