Biography

Dr Michael Prüßner LL.M. is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Munich. He is considered one of the leading transactional lawyers in Germany.

Michael focuses on advising national and international companies as well as private equity funds on M&A transactions, in particular on cross-border projects; his sector focus is on advising automotive and industrial as well as consumer goods companies.

Prior to joining the firm, he was co-head of the corporate/M&A practice group at another leading international law firm, where he was a partner in the M&A and commercial practice areas. He has also worked in the legal department of a big-four accounting firm and before that, as general counsel, he was responsible for all legal and compliance issues of an international trading group.

His many years of in-house experience and economic training are particularly helpful in legal project management, i.e. leading complex projects and involving all relevant advisors combined with a commercially oriented, clear and quickly understandable presentation of complex issues.
