• The senior bank investors in relation to a EUR500m note financing of a portfolio of auto receivables from car dealers in various European jurisdictions
• A UK provider of consumer finance loans on its inaugural public securitisation and issuance of £600m notes backed by unsecured personal and point of sale loans
• An international diamond conglomerate on the issuance of USD80m notes secured against a portfolio of diamond inventory and receivables related to the sales of such inventory
• A UK-based primary and special servicer of commercial loans on a number of CMBS transactions, including transactions secured against UK hotel portfolios, Dutch commercial office and retail assets and Italian retail and commercial properties
