Biography
Julien is an antitrust, competition and regulatory lawyer based in Brussels.
He advises clients on a wide spectrum of competition issues, including cartel, merger control clearance, horizontal and vertical agreement, abuse of dominance, State aids, foreign direct investments, compliance and competition litigation. Julien has represented corporations in the technology, distribution, life sciences and basic industries (e.g., food, metallurgic, etc.).
Julien also advises on certain Belgian commercial law issues, including unfair trading practices, abuses of economic dependence, as a well as on Belgian foreign direct investment law and competition law.
