Tom Evans is a legal operations consultant based in London.

Tom is part of a team providing a range of strategic and advisory services to clients, including advising in-house legal teams on how they can support the wider objectives of their business, and helping to set priorities and a practical vision for programs and initiatives that would support this; advising on the management of legal operations functions, including best practice legal project management; and assisting in the delivery of specific projects or mandates made up of work likely to be delivered with the involvement of, or at the request of, a legal operations team.

Tom is an alumni of our award-winning business and legal operations graduate scheme, graduating from the inaugural cohort after working across a range of areas including resource management, innovation, legal products and legal operations consulting. Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked in a high-volume claims management role at a national law firm.

Tom has supported and led on several projects across the breadth of the legal operations spectrum, including legal team strategy design, legal team restructuring, technology implementation, process improvement, external resource/spend management, and large-scale legal team transformation programmes. Tom is passionate about the role of proactive change management and communications in delivering successful legal operations projects.
