Biography
Andrei Calmatui is a tax lawyer based in London. He advises on a wide range of UK tax matters including corporate M&A, tax investigations, asset-backed and real estate transactions.
Andrei trained at the firm and spent time on secondment to a leading insurance provider before qualifying as a solicitor in March 2023.
