Grace has expertise in conducting human rights due diligence for companies across various sectors, preparing corrective action plans, conducting policy gap analyses, drafting policies, and preparing modern slavery statements. She takes a collaborative and pragmatic approach in delivering projects, enabling clients to steer their business towards a greater understanding of the intersection between supply chains and human rights.

In addition, Grace has acted on behalf of government departments, insurers, and reinsurers in lengthy and complex civil cases in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory. She is an experienced trial lawyer having worked on the landmark Canberra and Victorian bushfires litigation, which were large-scale matters involving substantial volumes of discovery, lay, and expert evidence.
