Biography
Itzell Mendez is a senior associate in the firm's Mexico City office. Her practice focuses on advising and negotiating legal aspects for the structuring of energy and other infrastructure projects (during the funding, development -planning, construction, and operation- and M&A). Additionally, Itzell provides legal advice on regulatory, commercial and operational matters for infrastructure and energy projects (mainly midstream and downstream), as well as for companies participating in Mexican and US government bid processes for infrastructure projects: power plants, airports and water treatment plants.
