Norton Rose Fulbright has been honored with two awards at the 2024 LatinFinance Project and Infrastructure Finance Awards. The firm was among those recognized with the Infrastructure Financing of the Year: Central America Award for the Fourth Bridge Over the Panama Canal project and the Oil and Gas Financing of the Year Award for the Yinson Anna Nery FPSO Refinancing deal.
The LatinFinance Project and Infrastructure Finance Awards recognize the top deals in Latin America infrastructure finance and investment. The honorees were celebrated at an October award ceremony in New York.
The Panama Canal project was led by the São Paulo team including Daniel Spencer, Caspar Davey, Fernando Almeida, Cameron Royse and Arthur dos Santos. The London team included David Shearer, Rae Parsons, Matthew Hodkin, Regina Chan and Fareed Muhammed. The US team included Kim Caine (Washington, DC), Patrick Dolan, Kevin Prokup (New York), Arthur Kimball-Stanley (Austin) and Jason Goolsby (Dallas).
The cross-border team for the Yinson Anna Nery refinancing was led by partners Ben Rose (Singapore), Peter Young (London), Daniel Spencer, Fernando Almeida and Cameron Royse (São Paulo) and Omar Salah and Floortje Nagelkerke (Amsterdam), with assistance from wider teams in these offices, as well as New York.
