Victoria’s first health and safety manslaughter prosecution

This podcast concerns the recent decision, R v LH Holding Management Pty Ltd & Hanna, of the Supreme Court of Victoria dealing with what is the first prosecution of the new workplace manslaughter laws in that State and we’ll also talk about the advent of industrial manslaughter laws generally and what we might expect in other Australian jurisdictions.
