Leah Mereb is a corporate lawyer based in London. She specialises in advising insurance sector clients on corporate and regulatory matters.

Leah’s experience includes advising on a range of corporate and private equity transactions, including international and domestic M&A and corporate restructurings. Leah also has experience advising on general corporate governance and regulatory matters, insurance linked securities transactions and complex reinsurance arrangements.

As part of her training, Leah has spent time working in the corporate team of the firm’s Dubai office where she advised on commercial, transactional and regulatory matters.
