Biography
Andrew Clarke is a corporate M&A lawyer based in Tokyo.
Andrew has broad experience advising private sector and government clients on projects across a range of sectors including energy transition, renewable energy, power, water, infrastructure, oil & gas and nuclear sectors. He was on secondment for three years to the infrastructure team of a major Japanese trading house and advised on a number of high profile global energy projects.
Andrew is consistently recognised in global journals for projects and energy work, and has been recognized for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021 as a Rising Star Lawyer for Projects and Energy: International Firms and Joint Ventures in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
