Maggie Chong is an intellectual property and technology lawyer based in Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2003 and joined our practice in 2010.

Maggie has years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She assists clients with managing, protecting and commercialising their intellectual property portfolios across Asia and advises on assignment, licensing and franchising arrangements. Her experience covers trade marks, domain names, design rights, patents, copyright and confidential information. Maggie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
