Biography
Vincent Dunn's practice concentrates on representing domestic and international clients in connection with banking, finance, leasing, and related transactions in numerous sectors, but with a primary focus on renewable energy. Mr. Dunn has extensive experience representing lenders and investors in connection with tax equity lease transactions, project finance, asset-based lending and structured finance transactions.

- Represented First Horizon Bank, Pacific Western Bank and Regions Bank in connection with providing $375 million of tax equity in a sale and leaseback transaction with respect to two solar project located in Georgia.
- Represented a financial institution in providing $120 million of tax equity in a sale and leaseback transaction with respect to a 66 MW solar project located in Georgia.

- Represented a syndicate of lenders in providing $500 million in lease financing for the construction of an electric generating facility.
- Represented a major financial institution in connection with raising $750 million in a warehouse financing structure for a portion of its loan portfolio.
- Represented Citibank, N.A. and a syndicate of lenders in connection with restructuring more than $1 billion in secured loans extended to marine terminal operators.
- Represented a bank group in connection with restructuring more than $700 million in loans for a manufacturing company and its domestic and foreign subsidiaries, which included providing DIP financing and a debt-for-equity exchange.
