Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Kevin O’Gorman as US Head of International Arbitration

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced the appointment of Houston partner Kevin O'Gorman as its US Head of International Arbitration. Mark Baker, who has been the US Arbitration Leader for over 25 years, will continue to serve as the firm's Global Co-Head of International Arbitration.

O'Gorman is recognized in the US and globally for his experience in commercial and investor-state arbitration. He has particular experience with commercial, corporate, energy, sovereign, treaty and project disputes.

O'Gorman has handled cases under the major arbitral rules, including AAA, CPR, ICC, ICDR, ICSID, JAMS, LCIA and SIAC, as well as ad hoc disputes under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules. In addition to his client work, he has served as an arbitrator in domestic and international cases for over a decade. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York, England and Wales.
