Norton Rose Fulbright advises Infopro Digital on acquisition of UKREiiF organiser, Built Environment Networking Ltd

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised leading business information services company, Infopro Digital, on its acquisition of the company behind UKREiiF.

Built Environment Networking Ltd runs UKREiiF - the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum – which is the leading UK trade show for the real estate, property and infrastructure sectors.

The acquisition strengthens Infopro Digital’s presence in the UK as well as its position as a leading international B2B trade show and event provider in the construction and public sector vertical.
