Biography
Jasmine Chan is a disputes resolution lawyer based in Hong Kong.
Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation and international arbitration. She regularly advises a broad range of corporate clients on various contentious matters including shareholders disputes, companies liquidation, debt recovery, professional negligence, commercial fraud, cybercrime fraud, contractual disputes, proceedings involving injunctive and interim measures and white collar and regulatory inquiries.
