Denis is a corporate lawyer based in Frankfurt am Main.

He advises national and international corporates, financial institutions and investors in connection with equity and debt capital market transactions, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate and capital market law matters. He has particular experience in advising issuers within a broad range of industries (e.g. real estate, automotive, natural resources) and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions (IPOs, rights offerings, bond issuances) and with private M&A transactions such as public takeovers, going private transactions and business combinations. Denis was seconded to the in-house legal department of an international investment bank in Frankfurt.

Denis is admitted to the bar in Germany since 2013. Prior to joining our practice, he worked for a German based law firm in Frankfurt.
